Hi there!


Hi, my names Caitlin. I'm 14 and affected by both anorexia and bulimia. I started at 152 in December but wasn't very determined at first. I weighed 151 pounds last week but as of today (January 8th, 2012) I weigh 143. I'll continue to update my weight as I lose and post before and after pictures once I reach the 10 pounds marker (142).
Starting Weight: 152 Lbs
Current Weight (1/8/12): 143 Lbs
Current Weight (3/10/12): 139.5 Lbs (Lost control :( it sucked or I'd be so tiny by now)
Current Weight (3/23/12): 131 Lbs
Goal Weight 1: 135
Goal Weight 2: 125

I would like to say that I will NOT encourage you to try to aquire this disorder, I will NOT give you tips on how to develop this disorder. I will simply post weight loss tips that have worked for me, healthy or unhealthy and I must say that if you ask me how to develope this disorder, I will tell you not to do it and to get off this page and seek help before you're in ass dangerously deep as I am. This is a place for me to vent, document my weightloss journy, motivate myself to reach my goals, and to help and support others who simply want to lose weight in whatever way they chose. Now, with that said, I would like to warn you all that some of my posts may be triggering, and that this is unnitentional. Read at your own discression. They are simply for my motivation.

Only 2 days!!!

So I only have 2 pounds left to lose in 3 days and my hair has grown 1/4 of an inch in 2 days :D

Took me a week but…

I lost half an inch off my thigh!!!! I’m soooo proud :D
Also, lately I’ve been missing my long hair terribly, so yesterday I tried out some extensions and decided I would be happy if my hair was 5 inches longer. As of right now, my hair is 7 inches past my earlobe (it was the easiest place to measure from) at the longest point. So in an effort to get it back I will be taking 2 biotin tablets daily, braiding my hair a lot, massaging my scalp with vitamin E lotion, using a product from Softee called Indian Hemp and using Mane N’ Tail shampoo and conditioner and I will update you guys one month from yesterday (which is when I started) on how much it has grown :) wish me luck and stay strong lovelies

Food today:

Some chicken soup without the chicken from eatin’ park and maybe a protein bar and a skim milk. I gotta get my ass in shape! Only 4 days to lose the last 3 pounds!
