following back everyone, I want a really active dashboard
Only 2 days!!!
So I only have 2 pounds left to lose in 3 days and my hair has grown 1/4 of an inch in 2 days :D
since 7:30 this morning
I have chugged almost 4 16-oz glasses of water just trying to get my biotin tablets down. Cool :)
Took me a week but…
I lost half an inch off my thigh!!!! I’m soooo proud :D
Also, lately I’ve been missing my long hair terribly, so yesterday I tried out some extensions and decided I would be happy if my hair was 5 inches longer. As of right now, my hair is 7 inches past my earlobe (it was the easiest place to measure from) at the longest point. So in an effort to get it back I will be taking 2 biotin tablets daily, braiding my hair a lot, massaging my scalp with vitamin E lotion, using a product from Softee called Indian Hemp and using Mane N’ Tail shampoo and conditioner and I will update you guys one month from yesterday (which is when I started) on how much it has grown :) wish me luck and stay strong lovelies
Food today:
Some chicken soup without the chicken from eatin’ park and maybe a protein bar and a skim milk. I gotta get my ass in shape! Only 4 days to lose the last 3 pounds!
